Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a deferred purchase. This cancellation policy outlines how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
'See it, love it, then pay!' ($0 Upfront) Orders
By selecting our '$0 Upfront' payment option at checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. Authorization of Payment Method
You authorize Welham & Co to securely store your payment method details for the purpose of processing payment for your order. Your payment method may be automatically charged if your order remains inactive within the timeframes set out in these terms, without any further action required from you.
2. Automatic Payment
Your payment method will be charged once your proof is approved, either:
- Upon your approval, or
- Automatically, if your order remains inactive after your artwork proof has been sent and you do not take action within the following 7-day period:
- A reminder email is sent after 24 hours of no activity.
- After a further 72 hours of no activity, your proof is automatically approved and you will be notified by email.
- After a further 48 hours of no activity, a final email is sent advising that your payment method on file will be charged after 24 hours.
- If no action is taken within that final 24-hour period, your payment is automatically processed and your order proceeds to printing and shipping using the auto-approved proof.
You have 7 days in total from the date your proof is sent to request changes, approve your proof, or cancel your order. By placing your order with the '$0 Upfront' payment option, you acknowledge and agree that failure to take action within this period will result in automatic payment collection.
All proof-related communications are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Welham & Co cannot be held responsible for missed notifications due to email delivery issues outside of our control, including emails directed to spam or junk folders. It is your responsibility to monitor your inbox, including spam and junk folders. We recommend adding support@welhamandco.com to your email contacts to ensure delivery. Notification of a proof being sent to your email address on file constitutes adequate notice under these terms, regardless of whether the email is opened.
3. Cancellation Before Artwork Proof
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before your artwork proof is sent to you. If you cancel before the proof is provided, your payment method will not be charged. To cancel, please contact us at support@welhamandco.com.
4. Cancellation After Artwork Proof
Once your artwork proof has been sent, you may cancel your order at any time before payment is automatically processed - that is, at any point during the 7-day review period. To do so, please contact us at support@welhamandco.com before the charge is applied.
Once payment has been collected — whether initiated by you or automatically as a result of inactivity — your order is considered confirmed and will proceed to production. Cancellation requests made after this point will be assessed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Please note that a refund will not be issued solely on the basis that you did not respond during the 7-day review period. We send multiple email notifications prior to any charge being applied, and it is your responsibility to act within the timeframes outlined above.
5. Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel after payment has been collected and production has commenced, please refer to our Refund Policy. Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once an order is in production.
