Shipping Times

Once you have approved your artwork proof, your order will be fulfilled within 3 business days, after which it's shipped out. Your order will arrive within 7-10 business days after shipping.

Customs

An additional customs and tax fee may occur on some international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under this amount, we charge $25 shipping.

Please note:

• Our 'Skip the Queue' product add-on speeds up your artwork creation and moves your order to the front of the queue for our artists to begin working on. It does not increase the courier's speed or shipping time.
• Please understand that if your order requires a new photo, this will increase the artwork production time.
