Is it really painted by a person?

Yes. A real artist paints your portrait digitally, stroke by stroke from a blank canvas, in our watercolour, oil or sketch style. No AI and no filters. You'll get the time-lapse of your portrait being painted with the first look of your artwork, so you can see for yourself.

Do you use AI?

Not in your portrait. Your artist paints it from a blank canvas, and we don't use AI or filters to create, combine or finish it.

How long does it take?

A sketch preview of your portrait arrives in 1–3 days, then the first look of your artwork, with the time-lapse, 1–3 days after you approve it. The sketch is where you check where everything sits and ask for changes, before your artist paints it. Once you approve your portrait, it's printed, framed and delivered in about 1–2 weeks.

We don't have a good photo together. Can you use two?

Yes. Send a photo of each of you. Your artist sketches you together first, so you can check how you're placed, then paints the final portrait.

Can you add our dog?
